Corrosive Labs, Inc. - Refunds and Returns Policy
What can be returned?
CORROSIVE LABS, INC. does not offer refunds for, or accept returns of purchased merchandise, except in the following cases:

In the case of delivered merchandise received by purchasers that does not match those indicated on the purchaser’s invoice or purchase receipt, CORROSIVE LABS, INC. will accept the return of those items received by the purchaser, in their original, sealed, undamaged shipping container, to be exchanged for those items indicated on the purchaser’s original invoice or purchase receipt. Disputes regarding erred shipments or product fulfillment can be handled on a case-by-case basis via email, at info@corrosivelabs.com.

Purchasers may return sealed, unopened merchandise to CORROSIVE LABS, INC. for a full refund of the purchase price if returned and received by CORROSIVE LABS, INC. within 30 days of the original invoice date or purchase receipt date. Return shipping and condition is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. CORROSIVE LABS, INC. retains sole discretion in determining the condition of any returned merchandise, as well as determination of whether or not sealed packages have been opened or tampered with. Returned products deemed opened, tampered with, or damaged will not be honored and payments will not be refunded.
When do items need to be returned by?
Any qualified returned items must be received by CORROSIVE LABS, INC. at the return-specific address provided by CORROSIVE LABS, INC. within 30 days of the original invoice date or purchase receipt date. Returns received after 30 days from the original invoice or purchase receipt date will not be honored.
Where do items need to be returned to?
CORROSIVE LABS, INC. ships and receives merchandise from various locations in the United States, depending on the location of manufacture, warehousing, and purchaser. Customers must contact CORROSIVE LABS, INC. via email at info@corrosivelabs.com prior to returning items to receive return address information specific to each return. Returns shipped to CORROSIVE LABS, INC. without written authorization or shipped to an address other than an address specifically provided to the customer for a specified return will not be accepted.
How do customers return items? All returns must be shipped in their original shipping containers, unless otherwise approved by CORROSIVE LABS, INC. in writing, prior to return shipping.
Shipping for returns? Except in the case of discrepancies between items ordered and items received caused solely by the fault of CORROSIVE LABS, INC., purchaser will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. In the case of discrepancies between items ordered and items received caused solely by the fault of CORROSIVE LABS, INC., return shipping costs will be assumed by CORROSIVE LABS, INC., in an amount explicitly approved and indicated in writing to the purchaser prior to return shipping. CORROSIVE LABS, INC. will not reimburse or assume shipping costs for any merchandise not explicitly provided for and authorized in writing prior to the date of the return shipping.
